“He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!’” – Revelation 21:5a
A new year stirs our longing for change. Our longing for personal renewal is actually a longing for God’s future cosmic renewal of all things. Every small act of faithfulness, justice, or love echoes that coming reality. As we step into a new year, we do so with a hope anchored not in resolutions but in resurrection. The One who will make all things new is already at work in us.
Choose one justice or love-oriented action this week as a small sign of the New Earth you’re hoping for.
