With years of experience as a pastor, public theologian, and leadership expert, I walk alongside churches and leaders to discern the Spirit’s direction and implement wise, sustainable strategies. I also offer long-term pastoral coaching/counseling to give clergy a sounding board outside of their congregation to share ideas, hopes, and struggles.

Church Consulting

Have a specific issue you’d like outside advice on? The church consulting package is for you. In this package, I come alongside you to offer a third-party, objective viewpoint to a specific issue you’ve identified within the church. After an initial one hour Zoom call to gain knowledge and context of the issue, I’ll write a report offering possible paths forward and present it to church leaders. I will then walk with you through the process of implementing whatever decisions are made. My job is to serve as outside counsel to bring my own expertise and outside perspective.

Pastoral Coaching

Who pastors the pastor? Quite often, clergy feel like they have nobody to talk to about issues within their church. In this package, I offer weekly or monthly one-hour Zoom calls with clergy to talk through the everyday issues confronting them and their congregation. It’s completely confidential.
